I'm enjoying this lovely and so far, not too hot Independence Day. This morning I changed up my yoga routine and went out in the yard.

It definitely felt better to be out in the green, breathing fresh air and feeling the earth under my mat. Zeke enjoyed being out there too

I also decided to make a rainbow/chakra breakfast salad. Although I did have eggs and toast at first, it felt right to add some major fruit goodness. So I sliced up some produce and cooked a sweet potato and here it is! I've heard it said that a great way to get many of your nutrients for the day is to make sure you eat a rainbow of fruits and veggies.  Yum. Happy July 4!
